The breakfast was above average and delicious, a lot of good food. Booked a room with balcony. The setting of hotel was prime, close to everything in the Villages.

Hip new hotel with spectacular views as a bonus. Best possible location in the very very nice area, close to Lake Sumter square, and Lake Sumter Landing. Again, walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing.

Good-sized and newly decorated rooms with a great view of lake. Exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. Overall good location close enough to restsurants and shops, local restaurants and the lake. Also, close to the center of activity.

Location: the hotel was right by restaurants, town square, live music, movie theatre and bookstore and Lake Sumter square and the lake side. We stopped by Starbucks for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

The hotel provided reasonable prices. It was a gorgeous property in a very very nice area, near to the restaurant in a new direction with plans for menu expansion and varied entertainment and the square for restaurants and the " business center ". Amazingly friendly and excellent staff that liked their guests.

Quiet setting, close enough to plenty of restaurants, Waterfront Inn and lake sumpter town center. Also, in Amelia's Restaurant in years. Brand-new and a decent size room with a comfortable decor. Comfortable beds, nice pool.
